Prada Department Manager – Singapore. Lead a luxury retail team at Paragon flagship store, driving sales, client relationships, and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to overall store success
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategic business plans through performance analysis and actionable proposals
- Ensure the department team achieves all assigned KPIs whilst fostering cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product categories
- Maintain visible floor presence to deliver the highest standards of client approach and service delivery
- Champion omnichannel awareness among the team, leveraging digital tools to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives
- Support e-commerce channel development through responsive order fulfillment and consistent service excellence
- Monitor market trends specific to the department and share insights with relevant functions
- Curate product displays to attract clients and maximize sales in accordance with company guidelines
- Establish a client-centric culture by leading by example and ensuring the team meets every client need and request
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships while executing the Brand Selling Ceremony and enforcing meaningful after-sales experiences
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to attract new clients and strengthen loyalty through clienteling initiatives
- Proactively manage client complaints to preserve relationships and achieve positive outcomes
- Motivate staff through effective communication, promoting team spirit and cultivating a positive, energetic environment
- Organize team briefings on key topics and encourage information exchange within the department
- Master all company tools and IT applications, ensuring the team remains informed of relevant updates
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, client service standards, and company policies
- Identify and mentor talented team members for internal development opportunities in consultation with the Store Manager
- Provide coaching and follow-up on individual action plans to guarantee team development
- Maintain the highest standards of product care and respect for company procedures across all activities
- Enforce company protocols on cash handling, inventory management, logistics, and reporting activities required by head office
- Oversee effective and efficient back-of-house organization for the department, ensuring staff grooming standards and asset protection

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience in a luxury or fashion environment, demonstrating proven success in leading sales teams, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional client service in a multi-brand or flagship store setting.
Education
Business or Retail Management degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail management acceptable.
