Prada Department Manager position in Singapore—lead sales, manage teams, and drive client excellence in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance in support of store-wide success
  • Develop and implement business plans through performance analysis and actionable proposal planning in collaboration with Store Manager
  • Ensure the department team achieves all KPI targets through coaching and performance management
  • Foster cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product categories and channels
  • Maintain consistent floor presence to model exemplary service standards and client engagement
  • Champion omnichannel awareness and digital tool adoption among the team to enhance client relationships and business outcomes
  • Support e-commerce channel development through timely order fulfillment and premium service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and emerging consumer insights relevant to the assigned product category, sharing findings with relevant departments
  • Curate visual displays in accordance with company guidelines to optimize client appeal and sales conversion

  • Oversee and enforce company protocols related to cash management, inventory control, logistics, and reporting activities
  • Maintain effective and efficient stewardship of company assets and resources
  • Communicate department needs and feedback to Store Manager, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Merchandising teams
  • Ensure optimal organization and security of back-of-house operations while maintaining staff grooming and appearance standards
  • Proactively implement and enforce company policies and procedures across all departmental activities

Experience

Business, Retail Management degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous; however, equivalent professional experience in luxury retail may substitute.
