Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands, with responsibility for a defined sales area or department.
- Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a client‑facing environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience recruiting, coaching and developing sales teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and commercial acumen, including inventory control and basic financial reporting.
