Prada Department Manager
Prada is hiring a Department Manager in Singapore to lead a product-category team, drive sales KPIs and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the assigned product department to meet and exceed financial targets, KPIs and contribution objectives for the store.
- Develop and implement department-level business plans through performance analysis and targeted action plans in coordination with the Store Manager.
- Drive cross-selling and up‑selling across categories and ensure consistent presence on the sales floor to deliver the Brand Selling Ceremony and exceptional client service.
- Promote omnichannel selling: encourage use of digital tools, support timely handling of e‑commerce orders and integrate online/offline client relationships.
- Cultivate and expand client relationships through proactive prospecting, clienteling initiatives and high standards of after‑sales service; manage and resolve client complaints to preserve loyalty.
- Recruit, coach and develop the department sales team; run briefings, product and sales training, identify talent and propose internal development paths.
- Ensure department merchandising and displays follow Company guidelines to maximise conversion; share market and trend insights with relevant functions.
- Maintain store care and operational compliance: enforce cash, inventory and logistics procedures, protect company assets and guarantee an efficient back‑of‑house organisation.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate a sales team and lead by example on the sales floor.
- Passion for and knowledge of the assigned product category and the luxury market.
- Strong clientcentric approach with demonstrated clienteling and relationship‑building skills.
- Business‑driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics and translating them into action plans.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and problem‑solving aptitude.
- Confident, enthusiastic and professional presence; ability to communicate effectively across functions.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in luxury or premium retail, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing teams and executing clienteling strategies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or related field preferred; equivalent retail management experience accepted.
