Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations for a designated department, ensuring premium client experience and adherence to brand standards
- Coach, develop and schedule sales associates; foster high-performing teams through performance management and personalised training
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and sell-through
- Oversee merchandising, stock replenishment and visual presentation to maintain seasonal and promotional integrity
- Implement clienteling strategies and CRM initiatives to deepen relationships with VIP and prospective clients
- Manage loss-prevention procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale accuracy in line with corporate policies
- Collaborate with store leadership and regional teams on local marketing, events and operational initiatives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude with the ability to coach and motivate a luxury retail team
- Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of achieving sales targets in a premium retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation and refined service etiquette
- Sound organisational capabilities, including scheduling, stock control and visual merchandising oversight
- Capacity to work flexibly, including weekends and peak retail periods

Experience
Typically requires 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury or high-end retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role responsible for sales performance and team development.
Education
Secondary education required; a bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
