Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations for a designated department, ensuring premium client experience and adherence to brand standards
  • Coach, develop and schedule sales associates; foster high-performing teams through performance management and personalised training
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and sell-through
  • Oversee merchandising, stock replenishment and visual presentation to maintain seasonal and promotional integrity
  • Implement clienteling strategies and CRM initiatives to deepen relationships with VIP and prospective clients
  • Manage loss-prevention procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale accuracy in line with corporate policies
  • Collaborate with store leadership and regional teams on local marketing, events and operational initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of achieving sales targets in a premium retail environment
