Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for the Osaka Shinsaibashi department, ensuring exceptional client service and achievement of sales targets.
- Coach, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary boutique team through individual feedback, performance reviews and structured training.

Qualifications
