Prada Department Manager position in Northbrook, HK. Lead sales teams, drive luxury retail performance, and deliver premium client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive departmental financial targets and sales performance, maximizing contribution to store success
- Develop and implement business plans in collaboration with the Store Manager through performance analysis and strategic action planning
- Ensure all team members exceed KPI targets through coaching, motivation, and performance management
- Foster cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product categories
- Maintain consistent presence on the sales floor to guarantee highest standards of client approach and service
- Promote omnichannel awareness and digital tool adoption among the team to enhance client relationships and business objectives
- Manage e-commerce channel responsibilities with timely order responses and premium service delivery
- Monitor market trends relevant to the department and share insights with relevant functions
- Ensure display presentation attracts clients and maximizes sales in accordance with company guidelines

- Conduct regular morning briefings on relevant topics and encourage information exchange within the team
- Master all company tools, applications, and digital systems; keep team informed of updates
- Provide comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company procedures
- Identify and propose internal talent development opportunities to the Store Manager
- Provide coaching and follow-up on individual action plans to ensure team development
- Support the Store Manager in market research and talent mapping initiatives
- Lead by example in product care and handling procedures, maintaining the highest standards
- Support collaboration between front and back-of-house operations
- Enforce company procedures related to cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting requirements

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail sales management, preferably within luxury fashion, watches, jewelry, or related premium brands. Proven success leading sales teams to exceed targets, managing P&L responsibilities, and implementing strategic business initiatives. Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, identify high-potential talent, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
