Prada Department Manager position in Nagoya, Japan. Lead sales, team development, and customer experience in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze category performance metrics and develop actionable improvement plans to exceed sales targets and KPI objectives
  • Collaborate with store manager to execute store-wide sales strategies, maximize revenue opportunities, and achieve budget goals
  • Lead team motivation and development, fostering a collaborative spirit and supporting continuous professional growth
  • Deliver hands-on training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and premium customer service standards to team members
