Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
- Manage and motivate the department team to meet sales targets and provide exceptional client service.
- Analyze department performance and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial insights and suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed KPIs and foster cross-selling among product categories.
- Stay updated on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential team members for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure visual presentation and efficient back-of-house organization.
- Protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
