Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the department team to exceed financial targets and maximise sales performance, contributing to overall store success
  • Support the Store Director in developing and implementing business plans by analysing departmental performance and proposing relevant action plans
  • Drive the team to surpass KPI targets through coaching and performance management
  • Promote cross-selling and up-selling across product categories to enhance transaction value
  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, ensuring the highest standards of client approach and service
