Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
- Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and foster e-commerce channel development.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and effective visual presentation within the department.
- Ensure efficient back-of-house organization and protect company assets.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable.
