PRADA Department Manager — Berlin. Lead a boutique department, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client service for Prada in Berlin.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the department team to deliver outstanding client service and achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies—including clienteling, merchandising and promotional activity—to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Ensure flawless presentation of product and visual merchandising consistent with Prada brand standards.
  • Manage stock levels, replenishment, receiving and inventory audits in coordination with store operations and logistics.
  • Recruit, train and coach team members; conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
  • Maintain operational discipline across cash handling, POS procedures, loss prevention and retail compliance.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, staff metrics and client activity for store management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail with progressive managerial responsibility.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and interpret KPIs.
