Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty through effective cross-selling strategies.
  • Lead and motivate the department team to exceed KPIs by analyzing performance and implementing strategic action plans.
  • Support business growth by sharing commercial insights and market trends with the Store Manager.
  • Develop and inspire the sales team through comprehensive training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential talent, promoting internal development and effective communication.
  • Drive department growth by enhancing clienteling activities, expanding the local customer base, and supporting e-commerce initiatives.
  • Ensure operational excellence through strong visual merchandising, efficient back-of-house organization, and asset protection.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector.

Skills

Strong passion and knowledge of the product category, with an interest in luxury, fashion, and art. Business-driven mindset with solid problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, influence, and inspire peers as a collaborative team player. Customer-centric approach with a natural ability to engage clients. Fluency in both German and English.

Experience

Over 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury retail environment is required.
