Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
- Manage and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service.
- Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, promoting cross-selling among product categories.
- Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed KPIs and stay informed about market trends, sharing insights with relevant functions.
- Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through ad hoc morning briefings.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department, supporting product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization, protecting company assets and maintaining staff grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
