Role & Responsibilities

  • Assume full supervisory responsibility during Store Manager's absence, overseeing store opening and closing procedures, daily staff meetings, scheduling, and cash and system compliance
  • Monitor daily sales performance targets in real-time, adjusting team execution strategies to ensure achievement of on-duty performance goals
  • Lead crisis management for escalated customer complaints, system failures, and urgent inventory reallocations through swift decision-making and resource coordination
  • Collaborate with Store Manager to establish and cascade overall store sales targets into daily, weekly, and monthly execution plans, tracking progress and refining strategies
  • Develop and implement cross-category sales initiatives such as bundle recommendations and combination promotions to enhance add-on sales and average transaction value
  • Analyze store metrics including foot traffic, conversion rates, and repeat purchase rates, providing regular data-driven improvement proposals to the Store Manager
  • Partner with other department managers to ensure information sharing and resource optimization, enhancing overall store operational efficiency
  • Champion a culture of retail excellence emphasizing service fundamentals and performance across front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Lead clienteling initiatives through consistent, high-quality engagement and relationship-building activities to foster long-term customer loyalty and lifetime value
  • Oversee team execution of brand service standards to ensure consistency and excellence in customer experience
  • Manage VIC client engagement by consolidating store-wide customer data, organizing exclusive events, and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Collect and act upon customer feedback systematically, optimizing service processes and presenting improvement recommendations to the Store Manager
  • Assist Store Manager in managing inventory turnover, optimizing visual merchandising displays, and responding to customer needs
  • Analyze product sales trends and customer feedback regularly, providing assortment recommendations and collaborating with the buying team on replenishment strategies
  • Handle bespoke client requests, ensuring compliance with brand service standards and luxury positioning
  • Ensure in-store product displays align with Prada's visual merchandising standards, collaborating with the visual team to maintain window and in-store presentation excellence
  • Monitor inventory health, coordinate with warehouse operations to optimize stock allocation, and minimize slow-moving inventory risk
  • Provide timely feedback to the buying team on product performance issues and market demand to support strategic assortment adjustments

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or premium retail environments
  • Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing retail teams
  • Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills with ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies
  • Exceptional understanding of luxury customer service principles and brand positioning
  • Experience managing multi-category product assortments and driving cross-selling initiatives
  • Proficiency in retail management systems, inventory software, and sales analytics tools

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
