Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of application integration initiatives, ensuring timely, on-budget deployment of middleware, APIs and data flows across enterprise systems.
  • Define and enforce technical standards, integration patterns and governance for APIs, event streams and synchronous/asynchronous integrations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (business, product, architecture, security and infrastructure) to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.
  • Manage third-party vendors and integration partners, including contract deliverables, SLAs and technical onboarding.
  • Oversee the delivery team’s backlog, sprint planning and continuous improvement practices within an Agile framework.
  • Ensure operational readiness: monitoring, incident response, runbooks, and change management for production integrations.
  • Mentor and develop team members, set measurable delivery KPIs and conduct post-implementation reviews to capture learnings.
  • Drive migration and modernization efforts (on-premise to cloud, monolith to microservices/API-led architectures) where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading delivery of enterprise application integration projects in complex IT landscapes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor governance experience in multi-disciplinary programs.
  • Demonstrable experience with API-led design, event-driven architectures and integration best practices.
  • Experience operating within Agile delivery models and managing cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Fluency in technical governance, release management and production support processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience.
