Prada seeks a detail-oriented Data Order Management Intern in Milan to support Galleria Clientelling & Event operations with data entry and records management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and monitor invoices for payment, ensuring accurate updates and proper record maintenance
- Enter and maintain data with precision across multiple software programmes and company systems
- Identify, review, and correct data entry discrepancies through quality-control validation
- Organize, update, and archive records and files to ensure accessibility and consistent structure
- Prepare reports and ad hoc documentation to support team activities and business objectives
- Monitor and support cost budget tracking activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and computer applications
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyse documentation
