Prada seeks a meticulous Data Order Management Intern to support the Galleria Clientelling & Event team in Milan, focusing on service provider management and data integrity across business processes. The successful candidate will execute accurate data entry into company systems and databases while maintaining information quality and operational efficiency through precision-oriented administrative work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and monitor invoices for payment, ensuring all related information is accurately updated and properly maintained
- Enter and maintain data with precision across different software programs and company systems
- Identify, review, and correct data entry discrepancies by applying appropriate quality-control checks
- Organize, update, and archive records and files to ensure information is easily accessible and consistently structured
- Prepare reports and ad hoc documentation to support team activities and business needs
- Support the monitoring of the cost budget
Qualifications
