Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and process invoices for payment, updating invoice details as necessary.
  • Accurately input data into corresponding fields within various software programs.
  • Identify and rectify data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
  • Manage and organize records and files efficiently.
  • Prepare relevant reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree

Skills

Exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel Strong ability to read and analyze documentation Confidentiality, accuracy, and organizational skills

Experience

No specific experience required, but proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Excel is preferred.
