Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the CRM strategy for Korea, ensuring alignment with the global CRM strategy across all group brands.
- Design and execute customer engagement initiatives to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Generate CRM insights to support targeted commercial actions for different customer segments.
- Support stores in implementing clienteling strategies and CRM best practices.
- Manage budgeting and cost oversight for loyalty programs, including measurement of ROI.
- Oversee local training materials and sessions on CRM topics and clienteling strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments on new product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM perspective.
- Serve as the local reference for CRM reporting, dashboards, and digital tools.
- Act as the local point of reference for the Net Promoter System and customer surveys.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or client development.
- Experience in the luxury industry preferred, but financial or consulting experience also considered.
- Fluency in English and Korean is required.
