Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the end-to-end CRM and retention strategy for Prada in Korea, aligning local initiatives with global brand priorities.
  • Plan, build and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-store notifications) across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to reactivation and VIP servicing.
  • Design segmentation, personalization and journey orchestration using the CRM platform and CDP to increase frequency, conversion and lifetime value.
  • Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards and regular reporting to measure campaign efficacy, ROI and customer behavior; recommend data-driven optimisations.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce, retail operations, visual merchandising, store management and regional marketing to ensure consistent customer experiences and localised activations.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, CRM vendors and platform providers; oversee QA, implementation roadmaps and platform migrations/enhancements.
  • Ensure all CRM activity complies with local data protection and privacy regulations and internal governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience owning CRM or retention marketing for a premium or luxury brand, with measurable improvements in customer engagement and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of the Korean luxury consumer, market dynamics and omnichannel retail operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and customer insight into scalable campaign strategies and personalized journeys.
  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building KPI dashboards and running A/B tests to optimise performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
