The CRM Intern will support the Regional CRM team at Prada in developing, implementing, and monitoring CRM and clienteling initiatives designed to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. The role encompasses data analysis, campaign support, and store enablement across the luxury brand's omnichannel operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of CRM and clienteling initiatives based on business needs, including preparation of client target lists and tools designed to drive client interactions, store appointments, revenue, and long-term loyalty
- Analyse CRM data and client behavior to identify relevant insights and opportunities, supporting the development of commercial actions for specific client segments
- Support stores in the implementation of clienteling strategy and CRM best practices, including preparation of presentations, guidelines, and training materials focused on client development initiatives
- Monitor CRM KPIs, program adoption, data quality, and client contactability, preparing regular reports and follow-ups for the Regional CRM team and stores
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyse documentation
- Demonstrated confidentiality, organisational discipline, and time management skills

Experience
This is an internship opportunity; prior professional experience is not required. Academic or project-based experience in CRM, customer data analysis, retail operations, or marketing is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline with quantitative, analytical, or business focus preferred)
