Prada CRM Intern, Milano – Support CRM and clienteling initiatives in luxury retail focused on customer engagement and loyalty strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of CRM and clienteling initiatives aligned with business objectives, including preparation of client target lists, tools, and resources to drive client interactions, store appointments, and long-term loyalty
- Analyse CRM data and client behaviour patterns to identify actionable insights and commercial opportunities for specific customer segments
- Support stores in implementing clienteling strategies and CRM best practices through the preparation of presentations, guidelines, and training materials focused on client development
- Monitor and report on CRM key performance indicators, program adoption rates, data quality, and client contactability, providing regular updates and recommendations to the Regional CRM team and retail partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related discipline
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software
- Strong analytical and documentation review capabilities
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with CRM concepts, customer relationship management platforms, or clienteling practices is advantageous.
