Prada is hiring a CRM Intern in London to support omnichannel campaigns, database management and campaign analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of CRM and omnichannel campaigns including email, SMS and client notifications.
- Prepare audience segmentation and data lists for campaign deployment; maintain and cleanse CRM databases.
- Compile campaign performance reports and dashboards, perform basic analysis to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Assist in A/B tests, subject-line and content experiments, and document outcomes and recommendations.
- Coordinate with retail, ecommerce and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment and timely asset delivery.
- Contribute to loyalty programme activities and client lifecycle communications under senior supervision.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to data accuracy and campaign detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce clear reports and presentations.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion, client experience and omnichannel marketing.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience or academic projects in marketing, CRM or digital communications is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with campaign workflows and basic analytics through coursework, internships or extracurricular projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or a closely related field.
