Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end compensation and benefits operations including payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS (employee records, compensation data and benefit plans); implement system changes and integrity checks.
  • Prepare regular C&B reporting and analytics (headcount, payroll variances, benefit utilization) for HR leadership and finance.
  • Ensure compliance with Korean labor law and statutory payroll requirements; liaise with external payroll providers and benefits vendors.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay slips, allowances, social insurance and benefit schemes; deliver high-quality employee service.
  • Contribute to C&B projects such as salary reviews, benchmarking exercises, compensation communications and policy updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits, payroll or HR operations; experience in retail or luxury brands preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of Korean labor law, statutory contributions and payroll compliance.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and proven ability to produce accurate payroll and benefits calculations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with vendors, finance and internal HR business partners.

Experience
