Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage one-to-one campaigns, coordinating with regional and corporate teams to deliver tailored campaigns.
  • Execute one-to-many communications in collaboration with Digital, E-commerce, and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with Time-to-Market, Merchandising, and Digital teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications.
  • Coordinate assets and content with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Global Clienteling strategy by providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to Top Management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational excellence across regional teams by distributing KPIs and sharing best practices.
  • Act as a Clienteling Ambassador within the brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in CRM, Clienteling, or Client Department, preferably within a luxury brand.

Skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in CRM, Clienteling, or Client Department, preferably within a luxury brand. Experience as a Client Advisor or in In-Store CRM/Clienteling or In-Store Training is considered a strong plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
