Prada seeks a Client Services Specialist in Milano to deliver luxury omnichannel support across EMEA, combining client care with sales expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client support across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp) using CRM systems to manage omni-channel interactions
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized clienteling and authentic engagement
  • Execute strategies to drive client retention, engagement, and repeat purchases while acting as a Brand Ambassador
  • Respond efficiently to client inquiries, explaining solutions and ensuring clients feel valued and supported
  • Assist with all post-sale matters including delivery tracking, returns, repairs, and refunds
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within client interactions while maintaining service quality
  • Escalate complex issues to the Client Service Team Leader and coordinate with Store Operations and boutiques to resolve client requests
  • Engage in active listening, clarify information, and defuse challenging situations with professionalism
  • Attend educational seminars to enhance product knowledge and develop sales strategies
  • Monitor and strive to meet or exceed both service and sales KPIs

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory)
  • Additional fluency in French, Spanish, German, Turkish, or Arabic (written and oral)
  • Exceptional client service skills and active listening abilities
  • Professional verbal and written communication, including professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency with CRM software and strong typing skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong conflict resolution and emotional intelligence
  • Product knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures
