PRADA seeks a Client Advisor in Milan, Italy — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and build lasting relationships in a flagship retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalised service to high‑value and walk‑in clients, anticipating needs and creating memorable in‑store experiences.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and targeted outreach to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, effective upselling and cross‑selling of product categories.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready‑to‑wear and accessories, advising clients on fit, materials and craftsmanship.
  • Support visual merchandising and floor presentation to ensure adherence to brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Manage transactions, returns and client data accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and store CRM tools.
  • Assist with stock control, receiving, replenishment and inventory reconciliation in collaboration with the store team.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store environment, participating in team briefings, training and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Polished interpersonal manner with strong verbal presentation and active listening skills.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • High standards of personal presentation consistent with luxury brand expectations.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information and high‑value transactions.

Experience
