Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience across every touchpoint, cultivating long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and the execution of tailored private appointments.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories to advise clients and upsell effectively.
- Use POS and clienteling CRM systems to process transactions, manage client profiles, follow up on leads and record sales activity.
- Ensure boutique standards are upheld: visual merchandising, stock presentation, housekeeping and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support store initiatives including events, trunk shows and product launches; collaborate with the store team on daily operations and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-service orientation with refined interpersonal skills and a polished professional presence.
- Strong commercial awareness and a demonstrable ability to close sales in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury fashion house or premium boutique; demonstrable success in client-focused selling and meeting sales targets.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
