Prada Client Events Specialist in Tokyo—operational event coordination and luxury brand management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of client events in line with headquarters formats and manager direction
- Coordinate logistics with internal departments (Retail, CRM, Merchandising) and external suppliers
- Manage event timelines, deliverables, and preparation schedules
- Process high-volume invoicing, vendor payments, and supporting documentation with precision
- Monitor budget tracking, create purchase orders, and reconcile event costs
- Implement and enforce headquarters event guidelines and brand standards
- Support onsite event operations while maintaining luxury brand presentation standards
- Prepare event reports and support performance tracking and analysis
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in event operations, marketing, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated expertise in administrative management and organizational systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision
- Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
