Role & Responsibilities
- Support in-store client relations by assisting Client Advisors with appointment management, VIP servicing and follow-up communications.
- Manage client records and update CRM data to ensure accuracy of client profiles, purchase history and preferences.
- Coordinate and prepare client dossiers, gift and sample requests, and bespoke service logistics for private appointments.
- Handle incoming client enquiries via phone and email, providing timely, polished responses and escalating complex requests to senior staff.
- Assist with in-store events and client hospitality, liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, order follow-up, filing, and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university programme in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in luxury retail and clienteling with a professional, client‑centric demeanour.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Discretion, cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact with high‑net‑worth clients professionally.
Skills
Experience
Preferably some prior retail or customer‑service experience — internships, part‑time roles or volunteer positions in retail, hospitality or luxury environments are advantageous but not mandatory for entry.
Education
Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in business, luxury management, fashion, marketing or a related field.
