Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Milan — deliver personalised luxury service and drive boutique sales for the Prada boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide discreet, personalised service to a discerning luxury clientele, including one-to-one consultations and personal shopping.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM tools, after-sales follow-up and invitations to events.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories to advise clients accurately.
- Execute boutique standards: maintain visual merchandising, stock integrity, pricing accuracy and boutique presentation.
- Process transactions accurately at point-of-sale, manage returns/exchanges and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team on client events, inventory counts and daily operational tasks to support business continuity.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury, premium or designer boutiques; demonstrated success meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, combined with meticulous attention to presentation and detail.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; willingness to support client events.
- Professional demeanour, impeccable grooming and a client-first attitude consistent with luxury brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with a demonstrated track record of individual sales performance and managing relationships with VIP clientele.
Education
Secondary school diploma; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related field is advantageous.
