Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting presentations, leveraging product knowledge, and executing strategic selling techniques.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Prada women's ready-to-wear collections, fabrics, sizing and seasonal themes to advise clients with authority and tact.
  • Manage client appointments, private viewings and in-store events in coordination with store management and CRM processes.
  • Ensure immaculate presentation of the sales floor and merchandise according to brand visual merchandising standards, including merchandising, replenishment and sample management.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and alterations, and maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM.
  • Comply with all brand policies including loss prevention, stock control, and after-sales service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within women's ready-to-wear or designer fashion.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.
  • Commercial acumen with demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and build client portfolios.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; willingness to support private appointments and events.
  • High standards of personal presentation and discretion when working with high-value clients.

Experience
