Prada Client Advisor position in Vienna, part-time 32 hours weekly. Luxury retail role offering exceptional brand experience and career growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers whilst providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Remain current with fashion trends and competitive market intelligence
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints effectively and liaison with line management when necessary
- Ensure shop floor and visual display standards are maintained, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken German and English
- Proven sales experience in a retail or luxury environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury retail market
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is expected; demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in luxury retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
