PRADA Client Advisor position in Vienna, Austria – luxury retail sales role with customer relationship management and brand representation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience consistent with PRADA brand standards
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized engagement and leverage CRM and digital tools to enhance customer connectivity
  • Execute cross-selling strategies across departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and evolving market dynamics
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product expertise across the PRADA collection
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management when appropriate
