Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with distinction.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized engagement, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and remain vigilant against product theft.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
