MIU MIU is hiring a Client Advisor in Venice (fixed-term). Join the boutique to deliver personalised luxury service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service in a luxury boutique environment to cultivate long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach and in-store conversion.
- Provide authoritative product advice across womenswear, leather goods and accessories, including styling and fitting consultations.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window presentation, stock replenishment and housekeeping in line with brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate handling of valuables and client documentation.
- Support boutique initiatives and events, including private appointments, product launches and client entertainment.
- Monitor inventory, assist with receiving and stock counts, and adhere to loss-prevention and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales, preferably within an international designer brand or boutique.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach and polished professional demeanour.
- Strong commercial awareness with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Flexibility to work boutique hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; legally authorised to work in Italy.
- Fluent command of retail procedures including cash handling, POS operations and basic stock management.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail sales; demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and delivering personalised client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail or business is an advantage.
