Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the center by creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs and requests in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture customer data into the Company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, offering a personalized approach and identifying future opportunities
  • Embrace and promote the omni-channel mindset across all sales interactions and touchpoints
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster open communication, ensure consistent exceptional experiences, and contribute to a positive working environment that embraces diversity and inclusion
  • Welcome and serve customers with an excellent in-store experience at all times
