Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury client experience and place the customer at the centre of every interaction.
  • Proactively identify client needs, develop long-term relationships and convert opportunities to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the company CRM to support clienteling and future outreach.
  • Embrace and promote the omni-channel customer journey, supporting integration between in-store and digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop floor presentation in line with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to maximise cross-selling and ensure consistent service.
  • Manage client complaints professionally, escalating to line management when appropriate.
  • Contribute to store security and loss prevention by following stock procedures and vigilance protocols.

Experience
