Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Topanga, CA to provide exceptional luxury client service and drive in-store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, relationship-driven sales service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients, achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-up communications and appointment management.
- Present product assortment with authority and style, providing accurate product knowledge on materials, construction and provenance.
- Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to brand guidelines, ensuring the boutique reflects Prada’s aesthetic and commercial strategy.
- Operate store point-of-sale systems, manage transactions, gift-wrapping and after-sales service with discretion.
- Support stock management, inventory replenishment and receiving procedures to maintain product availability and presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of high-performance retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience meeting individual and store KPIs.
- Professional presentation and fluency in delivering the brand experience in-person and over the phone/email.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience, with previous experience in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, fashion or related fields is advantageous but not required.
