Prada is hiring a Client Advisor for the Ginza (Tokyo) boutique. Deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets at Prada Ginza Novo.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling and appointment selling.
- Manage client data and follow up using the store CRM to convert leads and track client preferences and purchase history.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity and seasonal directives.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the POS; ensure compliance with brand policies.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and floor‑to‑backroom organisation; participate in stocktakes.
- Advise clients on product features, craftsmanship and styling across Prada categories (leather goods, accessories, ready‑to‑wear).
- Coordinate with store management on events, private viewings and client outreach initiatives; represent the brand at appointments and VIP visits.
- Ensure after‑sales service and client satisfaction, including alterations coordination and follow‑up communications.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a luxury or premium apparel/leather goods environment; strong track record of sales performance preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building rapport with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Professional presentation and understanding of luxury service standards and client etiquette.
- Familiarity with CRM and POS systems and basic inventory procedures.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays typical of flagship locations.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct luxury retail or boutique sales experience; experience servicing VIP clients and achieving individual sales targets is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary study in fashion, business, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
