Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Proactively develop and maintain a client portfolio through targeted clienteling, follow-ups and appointment bookings.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to team KPIs.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Prada collections and advise clients on styling and product selection.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage returns and exchanges in line with policy.
- Support visual merchandising and floor replenishment to maintain an immaculate, on-brand boutique environment.
- Assist with stock management, receiving, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Represent the brand at in-store events and private client appointments, ensuring high standards of presentation and discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales or a closely related client-facing role, preferably within designer fashion.
- Commercially oriented with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Polished interpersonal skills, professional deportment and the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth and international clients.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique trading hours.
- Right to work in Japan (applicable immigration status) and willingness to work within a premium, multilingual retail setting.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury or high-end retail sales, with measurable success in client development and sales performance. Experience in a boutique or shop-in-shop environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is a plus but not mandatory.
