Prada Client Advisor position in Taiyuan, China—luxury retail sales role featuring product presentation and client relationship management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in sales and presentation of all product collections within the boutique
- Optimize sales processes across all transaction touchpoints
- Assess client needs and present merchandise to maximize perceived product value
- Utilize client relationship management data to promote brand and product offerings
- Maintain consistent service quality standards pre- and post-purchase to preserve client satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Address and resolve client complaints, escalating to management when necessary
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across assigned categories
- Stay current with boutique inventory and product developments
- Monitor fashion trends and competitive brand positioning
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in luxury brand retail or hospitality
- Strong sense of responsibility and work initiative

- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
