Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
- Manage client data and follow-up using store CRM and POS systems to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
- Maintain impeccable visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the sales floor reflects brand guidelines.
- Support stock management processes including receiving, replenishment, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events and VIP appointments, coordinating with the store team and regional client services as required.
- Provide accurate product information and styling advice across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in both clienteling and store presentation.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to operate POS and basic CRM tools; comfortable with digital clienteling workflows.

Typically 1–3 years of direct retail experience in luxury or premium brands, demonstrating consistent sales performance and proficiency in client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business or a related discipline preferred.
