Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in Taichung to deliver exceptional luxury service, drive sales and manage omni-channel client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury customer experience that reflects Prada’s brand philosophy and client journey standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall store performance.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Prada products, heritage and seasonal collections to advise clients confidently.
- Capture and update client information in the company CRM to develop long-term relationships and personalised follow-ups.
- Adopt and promote an omni-channel approach, integrating in-store and e‑commerce touchpoints in the client experience.
- Conduct and host customer appointments both in-person and via virtual meeting technologies.
- Use company digital tools to present collections and support the integrated luxury service offering.
- Support daily store operations and collaborate with Back of House to maintain an organised stockroom.
- Resolve client complaints professionally, escalating to line manager or Client Service when necessary.
- Comply with operational procedures including stock management, security, cash handling, inventory and reporting.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within luxury, fashion or cosmetics.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.
- Demonstrated customer orientation with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Passion for fashion, dynamic demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of frontline retail sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium brands is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or related disciplines advantageous.
Workplace
This position is based in Taichung, Taichung, Taiwan.
