Prada Client Advisor, Sydney Airport. Full-time luxury retail sales role with rotating hours 6 AM–9 PM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships, expanding the existing client database while welcoming new patrons
- Deliver client-centric service that upholds Prada's brand standards and professional excellence
- Support all store operational activities including inventory management, visual merchandising, and reporting
- Proactively develop product and brand knowledge and contribute to team training and development initiatives
- Demonstrate strong sales focus through creative client engagement and conversion strategies
- Maintain stock accuracy, manage back-of-house duties, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive workplace culture and drive collective success
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse clientele
- Genuine interest in fashion, current trends, and competitor landscape
- Ability to work a full-time rotating schedule across 6 AM–9 PM, seven days a week
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to professional development and team collaboration
