Prada Client Advisor position in Sydney, Australia — luxury retail sales role at the iconic Westfield flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen client relationships, cultivating a personalized approach to new and existing customers within the Prada clientele database
- Deliver exemplary service by managing client expectations with genuine professionalism that reflects the Prada Group's values and design philosophy
- Proactively expand personal product knowledge across categories and collections to guide client selections with authority and confidence
- Support store operational activities including merchandising, inventory management, and the creation of an inviting sales environment
