Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver white‑glove, personalised service to clients across the full boutique experience, from greeting to after‑sales follow up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Build and maintain a high‑value client portfolio using active clienteling: appointments, follow‑ups, gifting and event invitations.
