Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, exceptional customer experience by placing clients at the center, identifying their needs and requests, and following the client journey ceremony.
• Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance, contributing to store success.
• Exceed KPI goals while maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products, Prada’s history, culture and DNA.
• Capture client data in the company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, personalize service and identify future opportunities.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset and support clients across in-store and ecommerce channels.
• Stay informed about fashion trends, competitors and the luxury fashion landscape to advise clients effectively.
• Resolve client complaints, working with the line manager and Client Service team when necessary.
• Handle products with the highest level of care and respect.
• Use company digital tools to deliver an integrated luxury experience.
• Host and conduct in-person and virtual client appointments.
• Work with the Back of House, contribute to daily store operations and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Follow company operational and stock procedures, including security, cash handling, inventory, logistics and head-office reporting; proactively implement company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues through open, constructive communication to deliver a consistent experience and contribute to an inclusive, positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for human relations and sales.
• Problem-solving ability, curiosity, and an interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for and knowledge of the product category managed.
