Prada Client Advisor position at ION Orchard, Singapore. Deliver exceptional luxury retail service and customer relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain alignment with Prada's brand standards and qualitative protocols throughout all sales and after-sales interactions
  • Welcome and recognize regular customers; understand both expressed and latent customer needs to optimize the sales process
  • Present and articulate the product range, highlighting benefits and value propositions tailored to individual customer requirements
  • Manage the complete transaction cycle, including product trials, cross-selling, payment processing, and post-purchase packaging
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer data in the CRM system; ensure customer loyalty through diligent follow-up and personalized engagement
  • Create and consult customer profiles; proactively manage personal customer portfolio via the Client Book with targeted recall and outreach actions
  • Handle customer complaints and service recovery with professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
  • Attend all in-store product presentations and maintain current knowledge of the entire product range across all categories
  • Ensure proper product maintenance, cleaning, care, and replacement in assigned department sections
  • Monitor product displays and visual merchandising standards; identify and communicate corrections to enhance sales presentation
  • Participate actively in stock takes, inventory counts, and cycle counts; report discrepancies and losses to direct supervisor
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive store atmosphere and contribute to departmental and store-wide objectives

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and deep understanding of contemporary style and market trends
  • Proven experience in client-facing luxury retail or sales environments
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer relationship management platforms
  • Strong product knowledge acquisition capability and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build client relationships
  • Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining accountability for individual performance metrics

Experience
